Hi, I’m Alejandra Tejedor Bielsa.
I’m originally from Argentina and have been living in the United States since 2018. Through Weaving Sounds, I offer sound healing, craniosacral balancing, and energy-based practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and holistic well-being.
Music has always been a doorway for me. From a young age, I was drawn to the arts, instruments, and singing. Sound was never just something I listened to — it was something I felt. Throughout my life, it has been a steady companion through transformation and growth.
When I first encountered the Gong, I felt an unmistakable call — a deep remembering. To align more fully with my purpose, I completed an intensive two-year training (2013–2015) with Argentinean healing master Ana Paz Gontek. I later continued my studies with renowned sound teachers Tom Soltron and Abby del Sol, deepening my understanding of vibration as a tool for transformation and nervous system regulation.
In Patagonia, Argentina, I assisted meditation guide Susana Majul in weekly sound bath meditations, refining my ability to attune to group dynamics and hold grounded, intentional space.
Alongside my sound work, I am a certified Reiki healer with a background in musical training, which informs the sensitivity and precision I bring to every session. I also offer craniosacral balancing, a gentle hands-on modality that supports the body’s natural capacity to restore balance and regulation.
My path has been shaped by South American Indigenous wisdom received during my years living in northern Argentina and Patagonia, as well as Native American traditions encountered later in the United States. These teachings continue to guide my work with reverence and integrity.
While my practice is intuitive and spiritual, it is also grounded in ongoing research. I am deeply interested in what neuroscience and modern technology are revealing about sound, frequency, and the nervous system.
My background as an educator — and my experience as a mother — profoundly shape the way I hold space. Working with children and adults has taught me the importance of attunement, co-regulation, and honoring each person’s uniqueness as the foundation for a full and integrated life.
The gongs are not simply instruments to me. They are living teachers.
Through Weaving Sounds, I create spaces where the body softens, the nervous system recalibrates, and the soul remembers its natural harmony.
